Production & Printing... In keeping with the latest in printing technology we can print on a large variety of substrates including vinyls and priplak. We are able to use numerous varnishes - water based coatings, UV, blister-coating and hybrid techniques, all of which are applied online. Our printing presses range from one colour to five colour machines. We are specialists in foiling, die-cutting and embossing. We have recently installed a folder/gluer allowing for accurate and high quality finishing. Our highly capable bindery ensures that work is collated, padded, quarter bound, assembled and packed to complete the cycle of a professionally produced product. A highly sophisticated system, Tharstens SQL printing industry MIS, allows us to generate all estimates, work tickets and relevant reports on a system developed internationally to meet the specific requirements of the printing industry. We are a long standing member of PIFSA (Printing Industry Federation of South Africa).
